　　五、HSE Behavior Principles of Leading Cadres

　　Individual behavior. Exemplarily comply with various HSE system, regulate the use of personal protective device.

　　Leadership behavior. Must implement the principles of HSE management, actively teach safety lessons for subordinates, and actively participate in safety meetings, safety activities, safety inspection and accident investigation, and actively carry out safety observation and communication.

　　Organizational behavior. The leading group must establish safety as the core values, and provide support for HSE management within the scope of the business.

　　The above behavior can be summed up as “7 lead” in practical work:

　　七、Six CNPC Prohibitions

　　1.Employees who have no valid certification are strictly prohibited from doing Special Work.

　　2.Employees are strictly prohibited from operating when violating operational procedures.

　　3.Employees are strictly prohibited from doing high risk work unless they have received permission to do so.

　　4.Absence from work, sleeping while on duty and working after drinking are strictly prohibited.

　　5.Violating  the  transportation  regulations  regarding  non-military explosives, radioactive sources, and hazardous chemicals is strictly prohibited.

　　6.Supervisors and other employees are strictly prohibited from ordering or compelling other workers to violate operational procedures.
