In June 1st, with the completion of welding for the last joint in section one and four under China- Russia Crude Oil Second Line Project, announced the completion of main welding of China- Russia Crude Oil Second Line Project.

　　In July 1, 2016, Personnel from China- Russia Crude Oil Second Line Technical Consulting Project Department rushed to Jiagedaqi, the project department staff quickly entered the role, deeply communicated with the Owner, understood the duration control objective, prepared the implementation plan ,analyzed schedule risk, and urged all units to take corrective measures and so on., ensured the smooth and orderly implementation of China- Russia Crude Oil Second Line Project through a series of measures.

　　China- Russia Crude Oil Second Line Project is an important project of practicing the One Belt and One Road initiative in China, is another oil trunk passage of our country imports crude oil from the Far East of Russia, is also a major strategic measure to diversify the supply of oil resources in our country, has great significance to ensure the security of energy supply and revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China.
