　　Project Overview: dredging , backfilling, foundation treatment in tank farm, pipeline and facilities in tank farm and on jetty trestle, 3 sets of 12,000m? gasoil & gasoline tanks, 2 sets of 5,000m? gasoil & gasoline tanks, 3 sets of 8,000m? bitumen tanks, 3 sets of 7,000m? jet fuel tanks, and other auxiliary pumping, metering and truck loading system.

　　Work Scope: responsible for detailed design, material procurement, expediting, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, site construction, project coordination, management, commissioning, putting into production, as-built drawings, project handover, etc.
