Project Overview: Yonqing-Dagang Third Line Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Project starts from Yongqing initial station, passes through Yongqing, Bazhou, Jinghai and ends in Dagang terminal station, the whole line is 163.1km long，pipe diameter is φ1016mm and design pressure is 10MPa.

　　Work Scope: be responsible for the whole process review for the preliminary design contents and detailed design, optimizing preliminary design, procurement service management and technical support of long-term Party A supplied material, assisting the Employer in implementing the Party A supplied material procurement contract, bidding process management of Party B supplied material, conducting the effective control for project progress, investment, quality, safety, project construction supervision ,coordination management , as-built drawings, project handover, support, etc.

　　Completion Date: early period is put into production on Dec.12, 2015

　　Prepared the technology research report of science and technology project“ Study on popularization and application of PMC Project Management Manual in the Model of Employer+ PMC+EPC”

　　Summarized the project experiences and formed the special report of “Two Fines One Optimization” （Namely fine design, fine management and construction scheme optimization）。
