The Company continuously innovates training management system and mechanism, strengthen training facilities and network construction, intensify four kinds of talents training project namely operating management, operation skills, professional technology and internationalization. According to the needs of the company's business development, continue to carry out staff training with different levels, contents and forms, quality and ability of staff has been effectively improved. In 2016, the company has organized 40 trainings, the number of trainee was 1367; internal training of department ,office and branch of company was 24, the number of trainee was 708; Branch project internal training was 247, the number of trainee was 2100.The external training organized to participate in the CNPC, CPP and association was 35, the number of trainee was 61.
